ACERCA DE TON - Fundada en 1861 por Michael Thonet, TON es un fabricante checo especializado en muebles de madera curvada. todavía fabrican todo muebles a mano en su fábrica de la República Checa utilizando las mismas técnicas tradicionales. Fabrican "muebles con personas y para personas" y operan con una estricta política de no desperdicio, lo que mantiene el precio de venta a un nivel muy razonable. TON tiene una profunda historia empresarial que es visible en sus diseños originales que todavía están a la venta hoy. Sus colaboraciones con arquitectos y diseños han dado un toque contemporáneo a la gama tradicional existente y han impulsado diseños modernos completamente nuevos.

All of our stocked items are shipped on a 48 hour tracked service within the UK. 

World wide shipping is fully tracked and delivery times are dependant on available services. 

International customers will be liable to pay customs and duties once your order reaches your country's border.

All lead times quoted are for delivery to mainland UK, if ordering outside of this area there will be an additional transit time relevant to your destination.

US customers will be subject to additional tariffs as well as import duties and tax. Our team will be in touch after your order has been placed to confirm the individual tariff rates for each item. Orders will not be processed until you have confirmed that you accept the tariff rates and give consent for the order to be shipped.

Our returns policy lasts for 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase has been delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Goods / Returns must be received to Dyke & Dean within 14 days of being delivered to you. If Goods / Returns are received after this we will not issue a refund. Notification to our office of your return via telephone, email, fax and or letter within 14 days does not mean a refund will be given. A refund will only be reviewed if the Goods / Returns are received within 14 days to our possession.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Customers are responsible for the delivery costs of returning the goods. 

Bespoke/Made to order products, cut lengths of fabric cable under 100m and Outlet items are non-returnable.
