FAQ

Q: How much cable should I order for several pendant drops?
A: Measure the full route for each drop, allowing for the terminations with your installer. Your ordered metres arrive as one continuous length, so plan the cuts before ordering.

Q: How do I check whether this cable suits my fitting?
A: This cable has three cores with 0.5 mm² conductors. Check the fitting, earthing and installation requirements with a qualified electrician; the fabric covering alone cannot establish compatibility.

Q: What should I check before connecting a lamp or fitting?
A: Rated up to 3 A / 720 W at 240 V. A qualified electrician should check the complete installation, including terminals and strain relief, against the proposed fitting.

Q: Can I return cable after it has been cut?
A: Cut lengths under 100 m are non-returnable. Check the required length and current returns terms before ordering.
