Turn clockwise for a finer grind. Turn anticlockwise for a coarser grind. Unscrew the adjustment wheel and remove the ceramic cone. Use a stiff brush to clean both the grinder stone and the cone. If necessary, immerse the ceramic cone in warm water to dissolve any remaining residue. Ensure that all ceramic parts are completely dry—allow at least 24 hours—before reassembling and using the grinder again. If you want to use your grinder for a different spice, we recommend grinding some coarse salt through your grinder. This will remove spice residues and clean the ceramic parts.

Our returns policy lasts for 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase has been delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Goods / Returns must be received to Dyke & Dean within 14 days of being delivered to you. If Goods / Returns are received after this we will not issue a refund. Notification to our office of your return via telephone, email, fax and or letter within 14 days does not mean a refund will be given. A refund will only be reviewed if the Goods / Returns are received within 14 days to our possession.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Customers are responsible for the delivery costs of returning the goods.
